Prior to your arrival, we will prepare a portfolio of properties, tailored to suit your specific requirements. You can be assured of excellent, guaranteed no pressure, one-to-one personal service. Your Consultant will show you around the local areas including the beaches, restaurants, bars, golf courses, leisure facilities, etc.

Once you’ve found the perfect property, your Consultant will arrange for you to reserve it with a small deposit. Ask lots of questions – it’s better to get all the information before you return home! You will be given the opportunity to meet with a solicitor, financial advisor, after sales team, etc.

It’s entirely up to you but we do recommend you talk to the experts as soon as possible.

• You simply organise and cover the cost of your flight (we can source flights for you if you wish)
• Our representative will meet you at the Spanish airport and be responsible for your welfare throughout your stay.
• You will usually stay for 3-4 nights in a self-catering apartment with welcome pack included.
• Your Consultant will take you to view the areas and places of interest.
• You will be shown an extensive range of properties to suit your budget and personal requirements.
• Evenings are free to “chill out”, relax and discuss the areas and properties seen.
• Your Consultant can, if required introduce you immediately to financial and legal experts to assist you with your purchase.
• At the end of your visit you will be transferred to your departure airport for your return flight.
